The EHF Lecturer system is aimed to unite European handball specialists, who assist the EHF with the production of various publications and the clarification of handball related questions.

In the frame of the EHF Development programme, the EHF Lecturers are sent out to various courses around Europe in order to share their experience and knowledge. The EHF Lecturers are divided into three categories of expertise: refereeing, coaching, and beach handball.

In the period of 25 - 28 August 05 during the Women 17 European Championship in Vienna / AUT the EHF Lecturers found together to discuss new ideas and visions for the future on the topics Methods and Coaching, Education and Further Training, School Handball and Development.

Over a couple of days the participants of this course dealt with the following topics: · A concept concerning the different levels of education of European Handball Coaches · The further development of Minihandball
