The New Image of EHF Delegate
(Wolfgang Pollany)
There is a declared target for the Commissions of the EHF to change both the image and the self understanding of delegates when doing their job. Up to this moment in time the primary task of the delegate was understood as being the observer of the match and in particular the referees. According to our definition of the "new delegate" the objectives do cover a much wider area and the position of the delegate has to be redefined.
